About the Webometrics Ranking of World Universities
The Webometrics Ranking of World Universities, from the Cybermetrics Lab in Spain, measures an institution’s web presence: how visible it is, how open its research is and how much it publishes online.
It is not a measure of teaching quality, but it is the only list that ranks nearly every Bangladeshi university, so we use it as one signal in the Ulkaa Edu Rank.
