Dhaka International University

Dhaka International University (DIU) is a private university at Satarkul in Badda, Dhaka, established in 1995. It has four faculties: science and engineering, arts and social science, business studies and law. The Ulkaa Edu Rank 2027 places Dhaka International University in the 41-50 band. The position is computed from the published methodology. In the QS Asia University Rankings 2026 it sits in the 1001-1100 band. The THE World University Rankings 2027 lists it as a Reporter institution. UGC figures record 9,116 students (2023) and 377 teachers, 34 of them with a PhD (2023).
